Enfield Energy has recently sold its development rights to a newly formed company, Black Oak Wind Farm LLC. The Board of Managers of Black Oak includes a number of community leaders. Our President is Peter Bardaglio, Treasurer is Michelle Jones, Secretary is Lexie Hain, and Vice President is Marguerite Wells. Other board members include Chuck Bartosch, Dean Koyanagi, and Leslie Hoffman. We will be continuing to develop this project with a goal of 2013 for construction. We are actively working on sturctures to make this a community owned wind farm. The project we would like to emulate is South Dakota Wind Partners.
